The Key Operator year for 2009-2010 has started as of April 1, 2009. All key operators who have done all proficiencies for the previous key operator year should have their new certifications which were mailed out at the beginning of the month. The first proficiency was also mailed out on 4/15/2009 so be sure to check your mailrooms!
